NOT AWESOME Beer Tax
So this is the worst news to come out since I have been born! Yeah there may have been wars and fires and aliens and shit, but this tops them all. Oregon lawmakers are discussing adding a massive 1900% beer tax. Considering I love beer and it is one of Oregon’s greatest exports this is just plain dumb. We might as well tax shoes and microprocessors while we are at it. Lets really throw this economy down the shitter! I am eying a new cardboard box to live in, it’s nice and has a window.
Be sure to call (503-236-4078) or e-mail (ben@votebencannon.com) that jackass Ben Cannon who is heading this and let him know what a douche he is. I’ll bet he never got invited to parties in High School and wants to take it out those of us having fun living life. I am emailing him this link right now

Obviously ol’ Ben Cannon had his ‘beer goggles’ on when think up this one. Zing!

he probably only wants to increase it moderately, but to get attention he is suggesting an absurd increase and people will think that if he is suggesting such a large increase there is a need and will be open to a modest one. typical lawyering. what a douche.
